Yup...
July 23rd thru the 27th... Signed the contract early this AM.
Will post more on this later, just got home from work and need to fix a broken water heater pronto.

Dean, hope you get it fixed so you can take a well deserved long hot relaxing shower tonight.

Steve,
It's fixed, but I am hearing a few drops of water sizzling on the burner and I can tell it's been leaking for a while... Looks like it's on it's last legs.
Man... The human hand just isn't designed very well to remove and replace the pilot light/thermocouple braket screws.

 Dates have been secured for IRG 2.0 !

The time frame we rented is Wednesday, July 23 through Sunday, July 27.
If POSSIBLE, we will TRY to get in on Tuesday at noon as nobody had rented it for that one day (Tues.) prior to our run of days.  Anyone wishing to arrive earlier would pay their own nightly rate for Tuesday ( pay a day of private camping) and then our official day(s) begins on noon Wednesday.  The registration fee you pay for the event covers that AND your nightly camping fees.  The reg. fee will be one price, whether you camp ALL scheduled days, Wed. - Sun. or just a day or two.   This is because we must pay a set daily rental fee regardless of our fluctuating occupancy rate.   I think most folks would agree that the $30 fee was worth it, even if you could only camp one night!

( Sorry, no massages will be included in this year's fee! )

Last time we got in early and did the initial set-up so let me know if you want to be a really early bird camper.  Also, the term of the rental applies through Monday morn until 11 am and last time we had a late check-out group.  We also welcome anyone to stay through the following week and camp longer in the adjacent County Park, Swimmer's Delight.  This is a first come, no reservations campground with flush toilets, coin operated showers, and a small number of sites with electrical hook ups. It is a beautiful place also, but we cannot guarantee a spot for campers as no reservations are accepted.

I hope this helps answer some questions you may have had and we look forward to sign-ups very soon.

I think we are all so excited that we can hardly stand it!

Of course I think that IRG 1.0 attendees should have first registration. If that doesn't work, then those with tears AND cook in Dutch Ovens? How about those who named their trailer Desert Dawg?

Thanks again to the entire team who help put on the event!! You guys ROCK!
