Hello,

"For a full meal dinner give this one a try."

I used this at home all the time. Fact is, I am cooking it next Sunday.

I found the recipe in the World Championship DO Cook Book.

It's as eazy as falling off a log!

Serves 4-6 people

12" DO

2-3 lbs. top round or sirloin steak
4 large potatoes
4 carrots
1 large onion
2 sticks of celery
2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons minute tapioca

Cut the steak into pices and brown in a 12" DO with small amount of oil.
Drain off oil and add potatoes, cut into chunks, sliced carrots, celery and onions.

Mix the tomato juice, salt, sugar and tapioca and pour over the meat and vegetables.

Bake over medium coals for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Regards,
Paul
