Mandy, it's your vacation in the Redwoods, so what would YOU like to do??

Go to the river for a swim, eat, sunbathe, read a good novel, eat, bird watch, trailer hop and visit with others, take a walk through the redwoods, play games, eat some more, or just hang out???
Sorry, no on-site massages this year....

Or, do you want to sight-see around the area during the day and come for the dinner/evening events?  Some folks stay all the time at the gathering, while others may go out and about to do their own thing.  There is a great car show, Auto Expo, in nearby Fortuna the same weekend.  If you check out the event schedule on this link you can see what we have tentatively planned for the event.  However, folks are free to select what they want to do.... if you want to join us for  evening campfires, group potlucks, or eat at your own campsite, it's up to you.  Some of the things I have planned--like a Forest Scavenger Hunt and Get Acquainted can be done at your leisure.  You can always PM me if you have any special requests or additional questions.

The eating I can do that for sure.    Truth be told I can sit for hours doing absolutely nothing....I think they call it fishing.  I like to do almost anything as long its outdoors.

I know I'm planning on tilting the recliner back and staring up at the trees and taking a long nap.  Daisy is up for a swim too!  I know I'll join in.  doug

Bring the ingredients and we can try them. We will definitely have the making for s'mores at the IRG. Besides I'd like to see your wife create a riot doing the demo!

I got an electric RC helicopter this last Christmas.  I'm hoping some RC type person can give me some pointers on flying...I tend to crash a lot, don't worry, it's nice and quiet, and there is a large grassy field.  Doug

I'll make a deal with you Kevin....you build out a complete galley...no cutting corners, make it something that would be in a tear, usable, stove etc......and I'll let you fly it,   Hoping that you wouldn't crash it on purpose however, they ain't cheap!  Doug

:surprised: I see a photo on the T&TTT forums which shows a galley in Kevin's teardrop.  Unless it is another photoshop job, does he get to fly that helicopter??
